Description: Our client is currently seeking a PostgreSQL DBA

PostgreSQL DB Administration.
PostgreSQL replication and failover.
AZURE platform environment
Autovacum tuning.
Query optimization.
Postgresql monitoring
High-Level Task AssignmentAdministering PostgreSQL DB in production;
Configuring DB monitoring and maintenance procedures;
Keeping DevOps scripts up-to-date; Performance Tuning;
Configuring and scheduling data purging procedures;
Troubleshooting in production and lower environments;
Establish Guidelines and Best Practices to be adopted by Applications Engineering
5 years of experience as DB Administrator and at least 3 years specifically on PostgreSQL database. Administering DB in production;
-Configuring DB monitoring and maintenance procedures;
-Keeping DevOps scripts up-to-date;
-Performance Tuning;
Postgresql DB Administration.
Postgresql replication and failover.
Autovacum tuning.
Query optimization.
Postgresql monitoring.
-Configuring and scheduling data purging procedures;
-Troubleshooting in production and lower environments;
-Establish Guidelines and Best Practices to be adopted by Applications Engineering
The professional must be familiar with public cloud architectures and operations and particularly with Microsoft Azure and its PostgreSQL managed service called Flexible Server.
PostgreSQL DB Administration.
PostgreSQL replication and failover.
AutoVacuum tuning.
Query optimization.
PostgreSQL monitoring.
