The Pump & Power Technician 2 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs in the safest and most effective way possible with an emphasis on returning equipment to service to avoid downtime. Education or Experience that Prepares You for Success 3–5 years of experience repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment EPA Section 608 universal certification required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Basic understanding of refrigeration (EPA Certified), electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification equipment from CDI and Munters, compressed‑air treatment (dryers/filters/aftercooler) Knowledge of generators, power distribution, A/C, heater and shoring; understanding of diesel equipment, generators and air compressors Ability to read electric schematics and hydraulic flow Experience with similar equipment The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $22.85 – $32.84 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
