Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Power Apps Developer to design and build a custom Project Management Tool within the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power BI integration, and cloud-based data connectivity to deliver intuitive, high-performance solutions for project tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy a Power Apps based Project Management Tool for managing projects efficiently.

• Build and configure data models, forms, and workflows to support project tracking and reporting.

• Integrate Power Apps with Power BI for real-time visualization and automated reporting.

• Enable cloud-based accessibility for seamless data integration, synchronization, and performance.

• Implement filtering and reporting features for insights based on project status, location, financials, and other key metrics.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with project objectives.

• Follow Microsoft Power Platform best practices and maintain data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

• Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integration.

• Experience with custom workflows, data connectors, and API integrations.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure environments.

• Proficiency in data modeling; knowledge of DAX and Power Query is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-100, PL-400, or equivalent).

• Experience developing project management or workflow automation solutions.

• Knowledge of project tracking and financial reporting systems.
