Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making. This role focuses on developing dashboards, optimizing data models, ensuring secure data access, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable business intelligence solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

·         Design, develop, and publish Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

·         Build and maintain data models while recommending best practices for reporting and visualization.

·         Implement report security, including row-level access and dashboard permissions.

·         Integrate dashboards into applications using embedded analytics capabilities.

·         Collaborate with business analysts to gather reporting and analytics requirements.

·         Provide guidance, peer reviews, and technical support to BI team members.

·         Troubleshoot reporting issues, optimize performance, and improve query efficiency.

·         Develop and maintain database tables, views, and SQL queries to support reporting needs.

·         Follow Agile/Scrum practices throughout development lifecycles.

·         Evaluate self-service reporting tools and support adoption initiatives.

·         Estimate work effort, manage timelines, and handle multiple concurrent projects.

·         Communicate effectively with stakeholders while working independently or collaboratively.

Required Skills:

·         Minimum 7 years of experience developing business intelligence reports and dashboards.

·         Strong Power BI expertise including data modeling, DAX, M Query, visualization design, and row-level security.

·         Experience integrating multiple data sources into reporting solutions.

·         Strong SQL skills and experience with database technologies (preferably SQL Server).

·         Ability to translate data into meaningful visual reports and business insights.

·         Experience working within Agile development environments.

·         Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

·         Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and related cloud services.

·         Understanding of data security, access control, and governance practices.

·         Power BI Data Analyst certification or similar credentials.

·         Experience evaluating or implementing self-service analytics solutions.
