Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights by creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Understand business requirements in the Business Intelligence (BI) context and design data models to convert raw data into meaningful insights.Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Create complex DAX queries and functions to perform advanced data analysis.Build visually compelling reports and dashboards with interactive features for better data exploration.Work with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.Provide architecture recommendations for managing Power BI workspaces and maintaining data security.Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed data analysis.Document data models, algorithms, parameters, and relationships for reporting solutions.Optimize and enhance existing BI systems to improve performance and functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.5+ years of relevant experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.Certification in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps Suite.Required Skills:Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and DAX.Advanced knowledge of SQL with the ability to create complex queries and join multiple data sources.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and AI Builder.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams.Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and related libraries is preferred.
