Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Report Writer with strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards and reports. This role will translate business requirements into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BIDevelop and manage datasets within Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Semantic Models)Translate business requirements into scalable data models and visualizationsCollaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure data accuracy and consistencyOptimize report performance and usability for end usersEstablish and maintain data definitions, metrics, and governance standardsSupport self-service analytics by enabling users with intuitive reporting solutionsQualifications3+ years of experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices)Experience with Microsoft Fabric (or Synapse/Azure data platforms)Strong understanding of data modeling (star schema, measures, KPIs)Familiarity with SQL and data transformation (Power Query / M)Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersPreferredExperience working in a governed data environment (e.g., medallion architecture)Knowledge of enterprise data governance and security practicesExposure to financial or operational reporting
