Position: Power BI Developer

Job Description:

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Fabric, data integration, and Power BI dashboard creation.
• You will be responsible for pulling in M365 data as well as other non-M365 data sets from various tools, and guiding us in the effective use of Power BI to create insightful workforce analysis and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Microsoft Fabric to integrate M365 data and other non-M365 data sets from various tools.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their workforce analysis needs and requirements.
• Develop initial set of Power BI dashboards to present workforce data in a meaningful and actionable manner.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on the effective use of Power BI for workforce analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data integration or dashboard-related issues.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, including data integration and ETL processes.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Familiarity with M365 data sources and other common data sets used in workforce analysis
