SummaryResponsible for developing, testing, implementing, supporting and training users on dashboards, data models, and data pipelines using Power BI and Azure data tools, converting operational and enterprise data into actionable insights, from data in SAP, Airport Operations systems, SQL databases, and integration platforms to ensure data is accurate, harmonised, and available for decision-making.Duties and Responsibilities•Build Power BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and optimised data models (DAX, Power Query, Python where needed).•Develop and maintain data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and related Azure data services.•Extract and harmonise data from SAP, airport systems, SQL sources, APIs, and SnapLogic integrations.•Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver clear, usable insights.•Implement data quality checks, documentation, access controls, and follow secure data practices.•Support dashboard refresh issues, pipeline failures, and continuous improvements.•Bring users up to speed on new dashboards and analytics tools, train them in using Power BI reports and visualisations, and develop selected staff into capable power users.•Ensure all data work, visualisations, pipelines, and dashboards comply with security guidelines and CSOC requirements.Requirements•Minimum Diploma in IT or related field.•Minimum 3years hands-on experience in BI development and data engineering.•Strong Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL, and data modelling skills.•Familiarity with Python and cloud data tools (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL).•Understanding of data harmonisation, integration concepts, and analytics workflows.•Knowledge of middleware technologies (connectors, services, microservices, APIs).•The following will be an added advantage: -Front-end and back-end web development skills. -Background in airline, ground services, catering, or similar industries. -Exposure to automation, integration, and IT modernization projects.
