The role supports data-driven decision-making across finance and operational areas by transforming data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making and business performance monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for finance and non-finance stakeholders to support management and operational decision-making.Build and optimize data models using Power Query and DAX following best practices in data modelling and performance optimization.Integrate data from finance and operations systems (Oracle, Monday, Excel, etc.) and ensure scalability and reliability of data sources.Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis through reporting and analytical insights.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and documentation.Work closely with finance teams to translate business needs into effective analytical solutions.Continuously improve existing dashboards and reports based on user feedback and evolving business needs.Your ProfileBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data, Information Systems, or similar.2 - 4 years of experience working with Power BI in a business or analytics environment.Strong hands-on knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and data modelling including Power Query.Good understanding of finance concepts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs).Experience working with structured data (SQL or similar query languages).Analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Nice to HavePower BI / Microsoft certification.Experience in FP&A or finance analytics.Knowledge of other BI tools.Experience with data governance or report automation and performance optimization.We OfferIntegration in a highly motivated teamWorking in an international environmentEmployee benefits packageCareer developmentIf you're ready to take the next step in your career path, we’d love to hear from you.
