Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI / SQL / Python Developer to support data analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and alignment with Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in Power BI, solid programming and data fundamentals, and hands-on experience with ETL pipelines and cloud-based data workflows. A proactive mindset toward automation and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports Build and support ETL processes for data ingestion, transformation, and preparation Write and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation Develop, optimize, and manage SQL queries for analytics and reporting Work with cloud-based data services and data staging workflows Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights effectively Support analytics and automation (including agentic workflows) initiatives Required Skills & Experience Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, and visualization design) Solid programming and data fundamentals, including: Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python) Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools, including: Python scripting SQL AWS Athena AWS Glue Amazon S3 for data staging Experience working with both structured and semi-structured data Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Power Automate Exposure to or strong interest in automation and agentic workflows Experience supporting enterprise-scale analytics programs (e.g., utilities or regulated industries) Additional Requirements Must be available to work PST hours Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Comfortable collaborating with US-based teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
