Roles/Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will support a variety of development projects ranging from simple data collection forms and automated workflows to complex enterprise applications that integrate with systems and data sources outside of Microsoft 365 (e.g., SQL and other external systems).

  • Deliverables may include the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of Power Platform solutions, SharePoint Online enhancements, and system integrations.

  • Specific deliverables will be identified and prioritized based on business needs throughout the engagement.

  • The selected candidate will engage in regular communication, at least weekly, regarding work progress and will provide documentation of completed work.

  • Successful performance will be evaluated through timely delivery of assigned work, quality of deliverables, and regular communication with the Applications and Development Manager.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Intermediate to expert-level experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

  1. Demonstrated experience building custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

  1. Strong experience administering, managing, and troubleshooting SharePoint Online sites.

  1. Experience responding to and resolving SharePoint support requests.

  1. Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with external data sources and systems, including SQL, XML, and other structured data formats.

  1. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and the Power Platform ecosystem.

  1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  1. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
