Power Platform Developer (Hybrid - Charlotte, NC) Pay Rate: $65.00 – $72.00 / hour (W2 Only- No Third Parties) Contract Duration: March 2, 2026 – January 29, 2027 Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 (Hybrid) The Opportunity Our client, a premier global financial institution, is leading a massive Digital Transformation across their Americas Division. As they modernize their technology and embrace a data-driven approach, they are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join their Charlotte-based team. This is a high-impact role where you won't just be building apps—you’ll be a subject matter expert during the company’s early adoption phase . You will handle everything from gathering requirements and administration to application lifecycle management (ALM) and knowledge sharing with the wider development team. Role Objectives End-to-End Development: Design and deploy Canvas and Model-driven apps using diverse data sources (SharePoint Online, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.). Environment Administration: Oversee environment health, security, and data governance. Production Support: Troubleshoot production issues and refine code based on real-time feedback. Collaboration: Analyze business requirements to create design specifications and program-level documentation. Mentorship: Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions for developers who are new to the Power Platform. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 2+ years of dedicated Power Platform development. Core Tech: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. Data & Dynamics: Proficiency in Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics, and Data Gateways. Technical Languages: Strong foundation in DAX , JavaScript , C# , and TypeScript . Methodology: Experience working within Waterfall or Agile SDLC frameworks. Education: Bachelor’s Degree with relevant professional experience. The "Plus" Factors Azure Integration: Experience with Azure AD, Storage, DevOps, Logic Apps, and Data Factory. Automation: Proficiency in PowerShell and Dataflows. Industry: Prior experience in Financial Services or Banking is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills; this role requires interfacing directly with various business units. Why Apply?
