Job Title: Power Platform Engineer
Location: West Point, PA - Remote
Duration: / Term: 6+ months Contract
Job Description:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years developing solutions in a Microsoft environment (PowerApps | Power Automate | Dataverse).
- 5-10 years creating intuitive and dynamic reports and dashboards in a PowerBI environment.
- Comfortable challenging technical direction if a better option is available at no additional cost.
- Able to translate user requests into functional processes and features in the desired solution.
- Capable of producing evidence (ex. Customer Satisfaction Recommendation) to verify successful project history.
- Proficiency with development tools and environments such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and other relevant development and collaboration tools.
Qualification Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, database management, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying applications using Microsoft PowerApps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps.
- Strong expertise in creating and managing reports and dashboards using PowerBI, including data sourcing, visualization, and performance optimization.
- Understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and their integration with the Power Platform for enhanced scalability and performance.
- Understanding of data security best practices and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the project (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)..
