About this Position:

Job Title: Power Platform Technical Lead

Digital Modernization & Platform Selection:

• Technical Prototyping: Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to tackle high-risk needs like offline data sync and complex mobile authentication.

• Comparative Testing: Develop small-scale prototypes across Native, React Native, and Low-Code stacks to evaluate performance and integration.

• Back-end Validation: Use test code to confirm that mobile prototypes can successfully communicate with existing ACS back-end systems.

• Platform Selection: Recommend a final development platform based on testing results, total cost of ownership (TCO), and internal skill sets.

• Developer Readiness: Translate business requirements into a technical backlog and clean PoC code for a seamless handoff to the full development team.

Consent Management System:

• Application Implementation: Lead the direct configuration of Power Apps Model-Driven interfaces, security roles, and complex business logic.

• Automated Integrations: Build and test UiPath and Power Automate flows to handle backend processes and automated PDF document processing.

• Robust Error Handling: Implement advanced logging and error-recovery protocols within all automated flows and app components.

• Data Architecture: Manage the Microsoft Dataverse schema to ensure data integrity, relationship accuracy, and strict security compliance.

Unified Strategic Oversight:

• Cross-Project Alignment: Provide continuous architectural guidance to ensure both projects meet ACS technology standards and pass security reviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a Lead Developer or Technical Specialist role focused on technical feasibility and platform selection.

• Proven experience rapidly building and testing mobile applications (Native, Cross- Platform like React Native/Flutter, or Low-Code) for the explicit purpose of technical evaluation.

• Must be proficient in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Swift/Kotlin, C#, or similar) used in modern enterprise application development.

• Strong practical, hands-on development experience with the UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps Model-Driven and Power Automate, including Dataverse and complex integration (e.g., document generation/third-party connectors).

• Practical understanding of security architecture, authentication methods (OAuth, SAML), and experience implementing secure data handling in PoCs.

• Excellent technical documentation skills, ability to present technical findings clearly, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.
