Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in managing and optimizing Agility infrastructure, along with strong SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps development experience, to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Agility infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint and PowerApps solutions.
• Implement data protection measures and conduct system audits.
• Collaborate with teams to provide IT administrative support.
• Lead AI integration initiatives for system efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff and document IT systems/processes.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and adopt emerging technologies.
• Participate in agile project management and daily Scrum meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/Doctorate may substitute experience).
• 8+ years of combined experience in Agility, PowerApps, and SharePoint development.
• 5+ years on Agile development teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong SharePoint and PowerApps development.
• Agile certifications and understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Java, API, Jenkins, Git/BitBucket, Jira, AWS, Linux, and modern development tools.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.

Additional Requirements:

• On-site work required at least 2 days per week.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
