RideNow Powersports, part of the renowned RumbleOn family, is on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Powersports Service Advisor to enhance our customer experience at our dealership located in Burleson, TX. If you are someone who loves engaging with customers and has a passion for the powersports industry, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the Service Department.
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar efficiently.
  • Examine customer vehicles for service needs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Document vehicle issues and explain repair procedures clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
  • Advise customers on recommended services and promote complementary products.
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service advisor role within the powersports or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
  • Motorcycle endorsement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with service software and point of sale systems is a plus.
