This role oversees daily operations including team leadership, financial performance, client experience, and hospital growth. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Culture Recruit, hire, and develop a high‑performing team Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment Operations & Client Experience Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient client flow Address and resolve non‑medical client concerns Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism Financial & Business Management Manage budgets, expenses, and hospital financial performance Review financial reports and identify growth opportunities Oversee scheduling and purchasing to align with business goals Compliance & Administration Ensure OSHA and safety compliance Enforce hospital policies and procedures Lead team meetings and communicate key updates effectively Marketing & Growth Support and implement marketing initiatives Encourage team engagement with hospital promotions and programs What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing operations in a service‑based environment Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L oversight Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Qualifications College degree preferred 5+ years of management experience in a medical or service‑based setting preferred Experience with financial and operational oversight If you’re a motivated leader who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional care, and creating a positive workplace culture, we’d love to connect with you.
