**Office Administrator****Orthopedic Practice – Broward****Hours:** 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM**Overview**A well-established orthopedic practice is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage daily operations. This hands-on role requires operational expertise and a proactive approach to enhancing workflows and patient experiences.**Key Responsibilities****Operations & Leadership**- Oversee daily operations for efficient patient flow and scheduling.- Manage and mentor staff; establish and improve office policies.- Lead staff meetings and implement performance metrics.**Financial Oversight**- Oversee billing, collections, and insurance processes.- Monitor revenue cycle performance and implement improvements.- Assist with budgeting, payroll coordination, and cost control.**Compliance**- Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance.- Maintain readiness for audits and oversee credentialing processes.**Patient Experience**- Address patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.- Analyze patient flow and implement service delivery improvements.**Technology Management**- Manage EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks).- Track key performance indicators and generate actionable reports.**Growth & Marketing**- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.- Support marketing efforts to increase patient volume.**Qualifications**- 5+ years in medical practice management or office administration.- Strong understanding of healthcare operations; orthopedic experience preferred.- Familiarity with EMR systems; strong organizational and communication skills.**Compensation & Benefits**- Performance-based bonuses and profit sharing.- Health benefits, paid time off, and growth opportunities.**Ideal Candidate Profile**- Highly organized and proactive with strong leadership skills.- Operationally-focused and patient-oriented.- Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
