- Keep processes moving: Complete insurance verifications, manage referrals, and maintain accurate patient accounts
- Provide financial clarity: Offer upfront financial counseling and assist with payment processing to reduce surprises
- Coordinate with confidence: Schedule appointments, manage medical records, and follow established Pre-Access procedures
- Support daily operations: Handle phone inquiries, referrals, and opening/closing duties to keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For in You:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Prior experience in healthcare operations such as patient registration, insurance verification, or billing.
- Bonus points for knowledge of third-party payer systems and healthcare revenue cycles.
- A detail-oriented, organized professional with excellent communication skills who thrives on creating efficiency.
