- Job Title: Preconstruction Superintendent
- Location: Lancaster, CA
- Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire
- Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- The candidate must have over 7 years of construction industry experience managing projects from start-up to completion.
- DSA/Public Works experience is required.
- The ideal candidate should have project experience ranging from $30M 80M.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- The candidate should have the ability to build relationships with team members, industry partners, and clients.
- The ability to efficiently manage time, workload, prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency is crucial.
- The candidate must have the ability to handle sensitive, confidential matters.
- High attention to detail is expected.
- The candidate must be competent in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), P6 Scheduling and BIM.
- Strong negotiation skills with industry partners and clients are required.
