Key Responsibilities

Prepress & Production

· Review incoming client files for print readiness (bleeds, margins, color mode, resolution, fonts, packaging)

· Prepare and impose files for digital and offset production

· Create and adjust dielines, templates, and finishing layouts

· Prepare files for wide-format and specialty applications

· Generate press-ready PDFs and properly archive production files

· Communicate with press operators and production staff to ensure job accuracy

Graphic Design

· Design marketing collateral including brochures, postcards, catalogs, signage, and promotional materials

· Create variable data layouts for personalized print campaigns

· Develop and maintain templates for recurring client projects

· Adjust client artwork to meet brand standards and production requirements

· Support large-format and apparel graphics as needed

Required Qualifications

· 3+ years of experience in commercial print or production design

· Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)

· Working knowledge of:

o Print imposition

o Color correction and CMYK workflows

o PDF/X standards

o Preflight tools

· Experience preparing files for digital and/or offset presses

· Understanding of bleed, trim, safe zones, folds, and finishing requirements

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

· Experience with Fiery Workflow

· Variable Data Printing (VDP) experience

· USPS mailing knowledge (IMb familiarity is a plus)

· Wide-format production experience

· Understanding of bindery and finishing processes
