WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITYResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced ERP Presales Manager with strong expertise in ERP solutions such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. The role involves working closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design suitable ERP solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and support the sales cycle with strong technical and functional insights.Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer business requirements and propose suitable ERP solutions.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) for ERP platforms such as Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent systems.Analyze client processes and recommend ERP modules and implementation strategies aligned with business needs.Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations.Work with implementation and development teams to ensure the proposed solution is technically feasible.Support the sales team in client meetings, negotiations, and solution discussions.Stay updated with latest ERP technologies, features, and industry best practices.Participate in solution design, product positioning, and competitive analysis.Assist in building presales collateral, demo environments, and case studies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in ERP Presales / ERP Consulting / Solution Consulting.Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, Zoho ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms.Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, CRM, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement.Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in handling RFPs, RFIs, solution proposals, and technical documentation.Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
