The Purpose Of This Role:
The Preschool Coordinator helps to fulfill the purposes of Cibolo Creek Community Church by ensuring that children and their parents are introduced to a personal relationship with Christ, nurtured to Christlike maturity, and mobilized to make a difference in their world for the Kingdom of God.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership-coordinator will develop and lead a team of individuals to be effective at fulfilling ministry to preschoolers and their families. Recruit, train, develop spiritually, to schedule and engage them in leadership of preschoolers.
Programming-coordinator will participate in program development ages birth-Preschool Kindergarten that is creative, relevant, fun, and spiritually nurturing.
Special Events- assist with special events to identify, create, plan, and provide a wide variety of events to engage preschoolers and their families.
This Position Reports to: The Childrens Pastor
Strengths & Skillsets:
- Experience and or training in field of Education
- Strong leadership skills

- Team player
Schedule
10 hours per week-flexible on schedule
4 hours per week on Sunday required.
