The role demands a leader with a Master's degree in business or hospital administration, at least 10 years' experience in strategic hospital operations, and a minimum of 5 years in senior-level leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex organizational management, well-developed planning and business skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of professionals. Essential qualifications include excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage budgets.
