For more than 45 years, CBA has provided trusted market data, technology, education, and advocacy that help members stay informed, connected, and successful while being supported by a talented team of 19 professionals who are deeply committed to their work and the members they serve  We are seeking a President & Chief Executive Officer to lead CBA into its next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation while thoughtfully strengthening and evolving the organization for the future. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, the CEO will focus on operational excellence, meaningful member value, and practical strategies that support long-term organizational health and sustainability. We’re looking for a leader who brings industry visibility, positive energy, thoughtful leadership, and a steady hand—someone who is excited to help the organization continue to grow, adapt, and succeed. What You’ll Do: Lead the TeamProvide supportive, engaging leadership to a team of 19. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and pride in serving members. Set clear priorities and create the alignment needed for strong, consistent execution. Partner with the BoardWork closely with the Board of Directors to shape priorities and direction. Translate strategy into clear plans and measurable results, supported by open communication, sound judgment, and a spirit of partnership. Strengthen Member ValueEnsure CBA’s data, services, education, and programs help members be more productive and successful. Stay connected to member needs and industry trends, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, utilization, and overall impact. Support Financial StrengthOversee budgeting and financial planning with discipline and transparency. Maintain CBA’s strong financial position while identifying opportunities that support long-term sustainability and strategic growth. Enhance Systems & OperationsProvide executive oversight of CBA’s technology platforms, member engagement, and vendor relationships. Focus on improving performance, usability, integration, and overall efficiency to deliver a reliable, high-quality member experience. Represent CBAServe as a visible, approachable ambassador within the commercial real estate community.
