Job Description
As a General Production Worker (Hydro Tester), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pressure tanks. You will be responsible for filling tanks with water and adjusting fittings to test the pressure of the tanks, installing fittings to seal outlets, and connecting tanks to high-pressure water and air lines. Your duties will also include activating air compressors and water pumps until the gauge registers the specified internal pressure and locating any defects or leaks.
Responsibilities

- Connect tanks to high-pressure water and air lines.
- Activate air compressors and water pumps to reach specified internal pressure.
- Locate any defects or leaks in tanks.
Essential Skills
- Experience in assembly, production, and manufacturing.
- Ability to use power tools effectively.
- Understanding of quality and testing procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Prior quality experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with welders focusing on pressure tanks. The shift runs Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with Friday overtime required when necessary.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greencastle, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
