Serenity is hiring individuals with high customer service experience to support patients across multiple touchpoints within our clinics. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service or hospitality experience who want to transition into healthcare and make a meaningful impact. 

No prior medical experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support. 

 

About the Role 

You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for patients. You may rotate through different clinic functions as you build skills and explore long-term career paths in patient care or leadership. 

 

How You’ll Support Patients 

Depending on clinic needs and training progression, responsibilities may include: 

  • Front Desk Support: 
    Welcome patients, manage check-in, and ensure accurate patient information 
  • Intake & Assessment Support
    Assist patients with pre-appointment assessments and help guide them through next steps 
  • Treatment Support: 
    Support patients during in-clinic treatment sessions while encouraging positivity, goal-setting, and life skills 
  • Clinic & Leadership Support: 
    Assist clinic leadership, cover essential roles, and meet with patients to help them stay engaged with their care plans
