In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing pricing data and trends to help our client remain competitive within the transportation and logistics industry. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to long-term business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills, an analytical mindset, and experience in pricing within logistics or transportation.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze pricing data and market trends to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop pricing models that align with market conditions, competition, and customer demandCollaborate with sales and operations to understand customer needs and develop competitive pricing proposalsMonitor pricing performance and recommend adjustments as neededMaintain pricing databases and ensure accuracy of all pricing informationEnsure all pricing strategies align with overall business objectivesQualificationsMust-Have:2+ years of experience in a pricing or analytical role1+ years of experience Freight Forwarding; requiredExperience in the transportation and logistics industry; requiredStrong Excel skills and experience working with large data setsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyPreferred:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fieldFamiliarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP systemsExperience with Salesforce or similar platformsAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
