You translate global pricing standards into commercial reality—protecting margins, enforcing governance, and enabling better pricing decisions across multiple countries.What You Will DoDeploy and own the local execution of Orbia Wavin’s global pricing methodology (list prices, smart mark‑ups, discounts, bonuses, corridors, waterfalls).Govern floor prices, margin thresholds, and approval matrices to protect profitability and enforce pricing discipline.Lead the annual floor price cycle, from calculation and SAP setup to validation, sign‑off, and communication.Ensure accurate pricing execution in SAP across quotations, orders, and cross‑border transactions.Chair recurring pricing performance reviews to track price realization, discounts, and margin evolution.Identify pricing outliers and commercial opportunities—and drive follow‑up actions with Sales.Run price simulations and scenario modelling to support price increases, discount changes, and customer transitions.Enable and train Sales on pricing logic, negotiation boundaries, and value‑based selling.Act as the BU’s pricing authority, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Product Management.Support the rollout of new pricing tools, processes, and harmonized data structures.Who You AreMinimum 3+ years of experience in Pricing or in a senior Project Management role with strong pricing exposure.Strong understanding of pricing logic, margin management, discount structures, and price waterfalls.Strong, resilient personality, comfortable pushing back, overcoming resistance.Highly analytical, able to translate commercial data into clear actions and recommendations.Structured, process‑oriented, and execution‑driven.Fluent English required.Experience with ERP pricing (SAP); Pricefx or CPQ experience is a plus.Geography, Location & TravelScope: Business Unit West.Preferred location: Amsterdam, but open to other EU countries where Wavin has a legal entity.Working model: Hybrid.Travel: Approximately 50%, varying by period (some months minimal, others more intensive).Why Join Us / What’s In It for YouRare opportunity to be part of a global pricing program from day one.Significant freedom to build, shape, and embed pricing structures that last.Steep learning curve through collaboration with senior internal stakeholders and external consulting partners, including local consultants.High‑visibility role with real ownership and impact.What Orbia Building & Infrastructure offers Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) is an innovative global solutions provider with over 60 years of experience in building healthy, sustainable, and climate‑resilient communities.
