What you'll bring:

* Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington.
* BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Geriatrics.
* Unrestricted DEA ,NPI & prescriptive authority.
* Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
* Proficient in use of the EMR.

Preferred skills

* Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills.
* An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates).
* A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care.
* Degree in population health management.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish.
* Two or more years of experience

$106,300.00 - $180,700.00
