Coastline Wellness is seeking a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and take medical histories
• Perform physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Provide patient education on health management and wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices
• Build long-lasting relationships with patients to promote ongoing care

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
