Description:

Primary Care Physician – Southern California | $350K+ Total Compensation | Value-Based Model

We’re seeking a mission-driven Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing, value-based care organization in Southern California’s Inland Empire. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver advanced, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment — without the pressures of volume-driven medicine.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity
• Compensation: Base salary $280K–$350K, commensurate with experience
• Bonus Eligible: Up to 20% annual performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, outpatient only, no nights or weekends
• Focus: Quality-driven care — not RVUs or patient quotas
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
• Support: Robust team including APPs, case managers, and care coordinators

Your Role
• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and senior patients, emphasizing prevention and chronic disease management
• Collaborate in daily high-risk huddles to proactively manage care for complex patients
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, wellness, and disease prevention
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the EMR system

Requirements:

Qualifications

• MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Current and unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration

• Experience managing complex or chronically ill patient populations

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills
