Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine) to join a community-focused outpatient practice in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in light call phone coverage shared with other health system practices

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Educate patients on preventive care, disease management, and wellness strategies

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Board-eligible or board-certified preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to patient-centered care and community medicine
