Primary Care Physician Internal Medicine Or Apply
The Primary Care Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals across the lifespan (Family Medicine) or adult patients (Internal Medicine). This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting, emphasizing continuity of care and long-term health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, routine exams, and management of acute and chronic conditions
* Diagnose and treat a broad range of medical conditions
* Develop and manage individualized care plans focused on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results
* Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
* Educate patients on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive strategies
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
