As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing a wide range of health issues, fostering lasting relationships with patients, and promoting health education within the community. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and examinations for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic illnesses with a focus on preventative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) effectively to maintain accurate patient documentation.
  • Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle choices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Address psychosocial issues that may impact health and healthcare access.
  • Stay current with medical research and advancements in primary care.
  • Engage in community health outreach and awareness programs.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Experience in a primary care setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using EHR systems; experience with [specific software] is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and communicate effectively with patients.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to continual professional development and staying informed on healthcare trends.
