Integrity Urgent Care is seeking a Primary Care Provider (Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Primary Care Provider, As a Primary Care Provider, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and promote wellness and disease prevention in a primary care setting. Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and take detailed patient histories.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries.
Treatment and Management:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications and therapies.
- Provide patient education on health management, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Patient Care:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
- Coordinate care with specialists, consultants, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
Health Promotion and Disease Prevention:
- Promote health and wellness through preventive care services, such as immunizations, screenings, and counseling.
- Educate patients on self-care techniques and health maintenance strategies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing support.
Administrative Duties:
- Complete necessary documentation, including patient charts, insurance forms, and other paperwork.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Professional Development:
- Stay current with advancements in medical knowledge and clinical practice through continuing education.
- Participate in professional organizations and contribute to the development of best practices within the practice.
Requirements
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board certification Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials.
- Previous experience in primary care or a related healthcare setting preferred.
- State and federal licensure requirements including DEA.
- BLS certification
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens and others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Knowledge and experience with electronic medical record systems
- Understanding of medical coding and billing.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and staff.
- Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office.

- Pay based on years of experience starting at $65/hour
