This role offers the chance to work on advanced analytical instrumentation (Mass Spectrometry & Gas Analysis) within semiconductor manufacturing applications, alongside a global technical and leadership team.

Role Overview:
- Lead technical engagements with semiconductor customers and develop application-specific solutions around the company's flagship analytical system.
- Configure, validate, and optimize mass spectrometry and gas analysis systems for performance testing and customer applications.
- Support onsite system evaluations, troubleshooting, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product roadmaps and next-generation solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's in engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field (Electronics/Electrical preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation (Mass Spectrometers, Gas Analyzers, or Plasma Diagnostics).
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes (Etch, CVD, ALD).
- Strong experience in customer engagement, technical presentations, and product demos.
- Knowledge of PLCs and scripting (Python, LabVIEW) preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
