Centralia Christian School seeks an experienced, full-time administrator for the 2026–2027 school year. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Work in partnership with the School Board, staff, and families to create and implement both short- and long-term vision and strategic planning for the school Present the school’s vision and ministry to media, civic groups, churches, and other venues Serve as the spiritual leader of staff and students, modeling servant leadership and building a collaborative spirit and loyalty Counsel students in academic and behavioral areas Report directly to the Board, carry out Board policies, serve as an ex-officio member of Board committees, and participate in an annual evaluation process Work with the Finance Committee to develop and administer the school’s budget Work with the Personnel Committee to hire, train, and evaluate school personnel and provide for ongoing professional development Work with the Academic Affairs Committee to review and select curriculum, testing materials, and program offerings Work with other Board committees as needed (Technology, Building and Grounds, Endowment) Centralia Christian School is an interdenominational, independent PreK–10 Christian school founded in 1979. The school is governed by a School Board and supported by a Foundation that raises funds for school needs. CCS is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International and the Washington Federation of Independent Schools and is an Approved Private School with the State of Washington. A variety of extracurricular activities are offered, including co‑ed Cross Country, girls’ Volleyball, girls’ Basketball, boys’ Basketball, Knowledge Bowl, and additional clubs and enrichment opportunities. Mission Statement “To provide students with an exciting, Biblically based education. Our academic curriculum and programs reflect our commitment to excellence, Christian values, and service to others. Underlying each student’s education is our support and encouragement of their relationship with Jesus Christ.” Centralia Christian School admits students of any race, gender, color, and national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.
