Role - Key Responsibilities and Expectations As Program Manager your key responsibilities would be as followsLead large IT or transformation programs for our clients in CRL industry vertical Ensure Governance: Manage the 4 pillars of program – Cost, Quality, Timelines and Scope effectively to ensure technology solution deliveryEnsure smooth functioning of multiple workstreams comprised of on and offshore resources across - functional, solutions, engineering, QA, change management and business readiness and align them to program goals and objectiveSetup and lead program management office to define and manage roadmap, technology blueprint, solution design, deliverables, schedules, resources, and budget.Collaborate and connect the dots with client, partners, product vendors and enterprise architects to find right solutions for solving identified business problemsBe a trusted advisor to client in helping them make the right technology investment and business decisionsChallenge status quo – lead cross functional teams to think out of the box. Evaluate and bring right partners or products that can deliver 10X improvements and accelerate change across the organizationEnsure Continuous Monitoring, Reporting and Agile Responses: Right level of tracking and Reporting, data driven insights and proactive corrective actions to guarantee stated goals and program outcomesManaging diverse teams with an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionOther Responsibilities:Work actively with Consulting offering lead in designing new GTM solutions in the program management Participate and contribute effectively to RFP and Proposals Contribute to POVs and Thought Leadership ex: create playbook for remote program management and how to manage distributed times during covid timesContinuously enhance and upgrade skills through training – both internal and external Manage small-medium teams of counselees (3-5 members) and mentor themAbout You – Qualification and Key Skills Required: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school with minimum 15 years of experience Should have led large programs from onsite/client locations Should have managed programs in one or more areas - Digital, Omnichannel, IT Modernization, Supply Chain, Retail Planning, Platforms Implementations (Merchandising, Procurement, WarehouseManagement, Transport Management etc), AI use case implementations.Has experience managing global distributed teams including onsite, offshore and third parties to deliver large programsProven experience in delivering good governance for large implementations, including in risk mitigation, dependency management and effective program planningSolid Program and People Management skills with the ability to plan, rally teams and act independently.Should be certified in on one of the following - PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agile Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable presenting to key stakeholders at various organizational levels (VP and CxOs) both in person and remotelyComfortable working with complex stakeholders set up – Business Leads, Business SME, IT Teams, Testing, Architects, Product Vendors and Market TeamsStrong exposure to various development methodologies – Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), DevopsTeam Management and Leadership skills Strong passion for technology, business solutions and digital transformationAppreciation of Artificial Intelligence in project management and in general is good to haveShould have worked in management and measurement of the value delivered through the project / program Preferred Skills: Global implementation experience (covering multiple markets and Geos) is a big plusProven knowledge in the art of negotiations Knowledge of strategy and explorative frameworks (Benchmarking, Design Thinking, Value Realization, Value Stream Mapping)Program leadership experience involving enterprise solutions like Oracle suite, IBM, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, MDM Platforms like Informatica/Riversand, Digital Commerce/Marketing Platforms like hybris, Sales Force Commerce, Adobe Marketing, Sales Force Marketing Cloud etc. is a plus
