The products and systems you develop are destined for use in the most cutting-edge residential and commercial environments.  ResponsibilitiesApply your analog and power electronics expertise to innovate in these areas:  power supply design, linear circuits, thermal management, circuit noise reduction, EMI mitigation and compliance with global standardsContribute in a hands-on environment.  Drive PCB design, simulation, prototyping, and analysis of Lutron products throughout the product development cycleLeverage Lutron’s quality philosophies and state-of-the-art test lab to ensure high quality in a customer-centric cultureCollaborate across disciplines (RF, mechanical engineering, embedded software, manufacturing, supply chain, business) to develop Lutron’s next generation lighting control solutions Innovate in many product categories, including dimmers, switches, sensors, smart home products, and wireless controlsWork with other engineers as peer reviewer and mentor, while contributing to their technical growthDevelop and bring new technologies to Lutron to foster innovation across the companyEngage Lutron suppliers to identify electronics technology to drive Lutron innovationQualifications10+ years of industry experience in analog circuits and power electronics design and development  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering Minimum, cumulative GPA of 3.00 for all degrees earned  Proven understanding of analog circuits, physics fundamentals, and power electronicsEmbedded programming experience is a plus  Hands-on attitude and proven work ethic  Lutron Electronics’ position as the leading manufacturer of lighting controls worldwide, our unsurpassed quality, the breadth and depth of our product offerings, and our commitment to servicing our worldwide customers have resulted in annual double-digit growth.
