Principal Engineer

E-logic is seeking an authoritative Principal Engineer to serve as a high-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) in missile integration, land-based/waterfront testing, and weapons effectiveness for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). You will direct complex system-level integration plans, vulnerability analyses, and shipboard topside surveys to verify tactical platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance into Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board (WSESRB) data packages. Generate complex system or force-level integration and exercise plans. Direct vulnerability, blast, and lethality modeling assessments. Conduct shipboard topside surveys, verify pointing/firing cutout zones, and calculate safe standoff angles. Qualifications Top Secret Clearance is mandatory 20+ years of missile integration and test experience. 7+ years in highly specialized areas such as missile systems, weapon systems, or combat systems. Ability to perform shipboard tasking (climbing vertical ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs). Important Notice This role is part of a proposal for Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD).
