Drive the agenda for Innovation Center with Comms customersSystem Architecture: Designing and maintaining the overall system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.Teamwork Across Functions: Working closely with various groups like IT, network operations, and business units to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.Regulatory Alignment: Ensuring that all systems and processes align with industry regulations and standards.Performance Optimization: Continuously supervising and optimizing the performance of the network and IT infrastructure.Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.Vendor Management: Maintaining relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure the best solutions and services are procured.Innovation and R&D: Leading research and development efforts to explore new technologies and solutions that can provide a driven edge. Develop and publish agent catalog across telecom domain and other verticalsCustomer Focus: Ensuring that all technology initiatives and solutions are crafted to improve the customer experience.Required QualificationsStrong Expertise in hands on experience in leading large Technical and sophisticated transformation programs for architecture strategy, design and deploymentGood experience as Principal enterprise architect across clients in the telecom industryAuthority in telecom end to end business processes (OSS/ITSM with telco focus).Strong solution architecture experience understanding end to end capabilities used in the telco industry, with a validated ability to decompose broad based processes into functional components.Strong implementation experience with SRE, ITSMExperience with observability, monitoring, performance management, SLA management tools (Nagios, Prometheus, New Relic, Galileo)GenAI related certifications / exposure, ITIL certificationDeep exposure in Agentic, gen AI, LLM, SLM, infrastructure and data pipelinesExposure to TMF specifications and ODA is a plusSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for the position is between $104,850– $166,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
