• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• 12+ years of hands-on, full stack development experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, Angular, REST API development, and Rules Engine (DROOLS)
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure (Azure ASB, Azure Functions, Azure Gateway, File Storage)
• 6+ years of proven expertise with RDBMS development (Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server) and performance tuning
• Familiarity with GITHUB Copilot or similar GEN AI tools
• Experience designing event-driven, high-volume, multi-threaded applications
• Strong background in CI/CD, version control (GIT), and tools like Jenkins, Maven, uDeploy
• Working knowledge of ETL technologies (Informatica, Kafka), Spring Batch, JMS (IBM MQ, Azure ASB, Kafka)
• ORM experience with MyBatis and Hibernate
• Proficiency with development tools such as Eclipse, SQL Developer, Postman, SOAPUI
• Demonstrated understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and SDLC best practices
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions and client demos
• Leadership qualities, including mentorship, teamwork, self-starting attitude, and eagerness to learn

• Experience with GITHUB Copilot or similar AI-driven development tools
• Knowledge of additional cloud platforms or microservices architecture
• Experience working in international markets or with global data teams
• Certifications in cloud technologies, agile practices, or relevant coding standards

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• Over 12 years of software development experience, with a focus on full stack and cloud technologies

• Ability to work in an agile/Scrum environment
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and lead design sessions
