Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) at Amazon is a rapidly growing business that is a must-win for Amazon. The Worldwide Grocery Stores Experience product team is responsible for transforming the online and offline grocery experience for Amazon globally.
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical to help lead and execute on our strategy for convergence of grocery experiences with Core retail. This is a highly visible and strategically important role that owns the end-to-end (E2E) customer experience defining how customers engage with the shopping CX, both during the purchasing journey and after ordering. In this role you will have regular visibility up to the SVP and VP level priorities and will drive key goals for the organization. You'll own a roadmap for respective engineering teams and will also work closely with strategic Amazon core partners.

About the Team
In this role, you’ll be part of the WWGS GroceryX Ordering organization, that's responsible for the online grocery ordering and post‑order infrastructure and experiences such as Cart, Checkout, Charging, Accounting, Slots and Capacity, Post Order Modifications, Recipient Experience, Concessions, Recovery, Notifications, Variable Weight, Substitutions, Multi‑banner projects and Pick‑up strategy. You’ll be a key leader contributing to our strategic investments in bringing grocery shopping experiences to majority of prime Amazon customers and revolutionize the future of Grocery. We also like to have fun as a team, which is nice!
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
