The Role: Architect and build cutting-edge software solutions using Go (Golang), Python, React, and TypeScript. Collaborate with C-level executives, product leaders, and the head of engineering to define our technical strategy and roadmap. Ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and compliant with industry regulations. Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team through the process of implementing end-to-end solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to keep us at the forefront of technology in FinTech. Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in Golang, Python, React, and TypeScript, or similar languages, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development. Experience delivering complex software projects in a corporate environment, preferably in FinTech or a related industry. Strong background in financial systems, risk assessment, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the financial or similar sectors a plus. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams to successfully deliver on product roadmaps. Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of driving strategic initiatives and influencing product development and direction.
