Job Title Principal SW Development Analyst – Global Integration SME (26-229 & 26-232).
Location Colorado Springs, CO – on‐site work only.
Position Overview The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program is a critical component of the Missile Defense System. It enables U.S. leadership to plan missile defense operations, monitor battles, and control sensors and weapon systems worldwide. This role supports the C2BMC Global program, developing future missile defense capabilities.
Essential Functions Integrate JEMINI lab test suites into the development lab.
Create configurations to support testing and prototypes of evolving systems.
Develop and modify scripts to analyze input, internal, and output message data.
Troubleshoot issues during testing and prototype phases.
Develop troubleshooting procedures and workaround documents.
Review and provide feedback on system specifications, development, testing, and network documents as needed, representing the Integration team.
Automate scripts to configure and maintain remote hosts.
Basic Qualifications Current, active in-scope DoD‐issued Top Secret security clearance.
Current active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA).
Either a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5 years of experience, a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience (degree considered optional).
Previous experience as a software tester/integrator.
Extremely proficient in Linux and scripting (Bash, Python).
High-level understanding of automation and implementation.
Highly skilled in troubleshooting methods.
Proven experience with Ansible or other automation tools.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in developing scripts using Ansible.
Knowledge of containerized virtual environments.
Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting.
Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining databases.

Compensation Primary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 – $155,400.00. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses are possible. Additional incentives may apply for higher level positions.
