Job Title: Print Operator
Location: Lynnfield, MA 01940
Duration: 3+ Months (Temp to Hire)
Summary:
Operates Client fleet of printing equipment to:
- Process Banks, Mutual Funds, Transportation, Health care type documents and checks,
- works with scheduling and operations teams to meet clients SLAs.
- Works during scheduled peak periods printing transaction statements such as - Month Ends, Quarter Ends and Year End type volume.
- Able to handle multiple Printers:
- Operates our Client fleet of printers -288 Nuveras, Versants, Baltoro Ink jet, 157 Nuveras, 1300 c/f Lines and Trivor ink jet equipment.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Works with FLEX and OOM
- Detailed oriented.
- Works well with numbers and can work independently.
- Performs preventive maintenance and quality checks in order to identify and report malfunctioning issues.
- Documents and communicates all issues to leads and or manager.
- Understands support staff job responsibilities in order to obtain required support.
- Monitors the equipment on an on-going bases to ensure they are operating correctly.
- Understands and follows instructions and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Completes all required documentation.
- Reviews all materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Addresses troubleshooting issues in order to ensure they are quickly identified and communicated appropriately
