This well established company in Sale Creek, TN is looking for a self-starting, detail-oriented print operator to join our growing team! This is a 1st shift position. Pay rate starts at $15/hr and can increase after 90 days based on performance. The shift is Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p. Candidates should be from the Dayton and Sale Creek area. Responsibilities
- Attain proficiency in the setup, functionality, and operation of multiple printing machines across different platforms
- Promptly and accurately completes all record keeping assignments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area
- Ability to multi-task while dealing with multiple, competing priorities that centers around the on time delivery of multiple orders
- Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
Qualifications
- Judgment, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to learn, to accept new challenges, and to perform multiple tasks
- Regularly required to balance; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED
- working in a smoke free environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
