Dallas | Hybrid Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney AmLaw 50 Opportunity Compensation $260,000 – $420,000 A premier global law firm is seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in defending sophisticated clients in cutting‑edge privacy, data protection, and class action litigation matters. Ideal Background 4–6 years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience handling privacy litigation, complex commercial litigation, class action defense, or technology‑related disputes Experience managing all stages of pre‑trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice Experience drafting substantive briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation‑related filings Familiarity with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure Experience analyzing and interpreting privacy, technology, consumer protection, or other regulatory frameworks is preferred Experience representing clients in technology, retail, media, or consumer products sectors is a plus Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Passion for technology, exceptional client service, and collaborative problem‑solving Excellent academic credentials with experience gained at a sophisticated law firm preferred J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school required Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Chambers‑ranked privacy litigation platform Exposure to cutting‑edge privacy and class action defense matters Representation of premier technology, retail, and consumer‑facing companies Significant client interaction and responsibility Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 50 environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
