Candidates must possess the professional maturity to handle confidential and delicate client issues.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Responsible for all aspects of administration and client service for high net worth families and family officesEffective communication with both internal and external contacts including prospects and clientsUnderstanding of trusts, foundations and LLC structuresOrganize and manage meetings from start to finishEstablish effective working relationships with colleagues and external contactsAccount maintenance (opening new accounts, managing transactions, address changes, etc.)Understand basic fiduciary issues relevant to client relationshipsProactive resolution of client inquiries – direct client contactHandling/supervision of cash processing for assigned accountsCollaborate with outside advisors concerning client’s personal, trust and other entities tax informationPrepare letters and other client communicationsComplete customized analyses and spreadsheets for specific projectsProcess customized client reportingStrong understanding of competitor and industry products and servicesSuccessfully cultivate strong relationships with functional groups across the firmJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree and minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experienceExperience with Trusts and Fiduciary accountsKnowledge of a variety of accounting tasks involving the preparation and maintenance of financial recordsStrong management skills and leadership experienceDesire to learn and the ability to learn quicklyDetail orientedSuperior client service skillsIllustrates tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential informationStrong decision making and problem-solving skillsStrives for innovation and process improvementStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities to meet client demandsSelf-motivated with strong work ethicApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization (e.g., H-1B , O-1, F-1 (OPT), TN, or any other non-immigrant visa classifications that require employer support or sponsorship).Salary: $125-150k. Commensurate with experience and location.
